Avocado Hummus is great as a dip or a spread for lettuce wrap sandwiches. I love a Keto friendly snack that will keep me satisfied until my next meal.
- 3 Avocados
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Tahini
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro
- Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
- 1 Garlic Clove (Minced)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
- Add avocados, olive oil, tahini, cilantro lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and sunflower seeds to food processor. Pulse until nice and smooth.
- Transfer to bowl. Cover and chill until ready to use.
