Avocado Hummus is great as a dip or a spread for lettuce wrap sandwiches. I love a Keto friendly snack that will keep me satisfied until my next meal.

  • 3 Avocados
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Tahini
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro
  • Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 Garlic Clove (Minced)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
  1. Add avocados, olive oil, tahini, cilantro lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and sunflower seeds to food processor. Pulse until nice and smooth.
  2. Transfer to bowl. Cover and chill until ready to use.
  3. Serves 4
