This avocado dip is a tangy alternative to the usual party time guacamole. Serve with the chili pita chips for a tasty pre-game dip.
- 2 Ripe Avocados (Peeled & Pitted)
- 4 Green Onions (Chopped)
- 2 Jalapeño Peppers (Seeded & Finely Chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Cilantro (Chopped)
- Juice Of 2 Limes
- 2/3 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
- In a food processor add avocados, green onions, jalapeño peppers, cilantro, lime juice, sour cream, kosher salt and pepper. Pulse until smooth.
- Cover and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Makes 2 Cups.
