Make your own custom spice mix in a container with a tight lid in a cool dry place, and it will last for a year. If you want to tone down the “hot” then cut down on the cayenne powder.

  • 4 Tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 4 Tablespoons Granulated Garlic
  • 4 Tablespoons Dried Oregano
  • 4 Tablespoons Dried Basil
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Thyme
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground White Pepper
  • 10 Tablespoons Cayenne Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Paprika
  • 4 Tablespoons Sea Salt
  1. In a medium-size bowl combine all ingredients together. Transfer to airtight container.
  2. Makes 2 Cups
