Make your own custom spice mix in a container with a tight lid in a cool dry place, and it will last for a year. If you want to tone down the “hot” then cut down on the cayenne powder.
- 4 Tablespoons Onion Powder
- 4 Tablespoons Granulated Garlic
- 4 Tablespoons Dried Oregano
- 4 Tablespoons Dried Basil
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Thyme
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Ground White Pepper
- 10 Tablespoons Cayenne Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Paprika
- 4 Tablespoons Sea Salt
- In a medium-size bowl combine all ingredients together. Transfer to airtight container.
