These Loaded Tortilla Bowls are so versatile. You can add your favorite ingredients and leave out what you don’t like.
- 6 Flour Tortillas (6 Inches) (Warmed)
- 1 Cup Cooked White Rice
- 1/2 Cup Cooked Black Beans
- 1 Cup Shredded Cooked Chicken
- 1/2 Cup Diced Avocado
- 1/2 Cup Cooked Corn
- 3/4 Cup Salsa
- 1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place 2 (12 cup) muffin pans upside down on work surface. Press 3 warmed tortillas into spaces between muffin cups in each pan to make bowls. Place in oven for 10 minutes until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and cool slightly.
- Fill tortilla bowls with remaining ingredients just before serving.
- Serves 6
