The best way to ensure that your baby is getting the best food possible is to make it yourself. Make sure to purchase organic and Non-GMO fruits and vegetables.
- 2 Cups Peeled & Chopped Fruit Or Vegetables
- 2 Cups Peeled & Chopped Fruit Or Vegetables
- 2/3 Cup Water, Broth Or Juice
- In medium-size saucepan, place fruit or vegetables and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook 10 to 30 minutes until very tender. Add additional water if needed. Time will vary with type of food. Cool slightly.
- Transfer to blender or food processor and pulse until consistency is smooth. Add additional cooking liquid if necessary.
- Remove and transfer to containers with lids. May be frozen for later use.
