For an elegant appetizer serve these Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms.

  • 24 Large Button Mushrooms
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 2 Large Links Chicken Sausage (Casings Removed)
  • 1 Garlic Clove (Minced)
  • 1/4 Cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 Degrees.
  3. Remove stems from mushrooms. Finely chop stems and set aside stems.
  4. Arrange mushroom caps on prepared baking sheet and season with kosher salt and pepper.
  5. Add chopped mushroom stems to medium-size bowl. Add chicken sausage, minced garlic, and bread crumbs. Mix well.
