For an elegant appetizer serve these Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms.
- 24 Large Button Mushrooms
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
- 2 Large Links Chicken Sausage (Casings Removed)
- 1 Garlic Clove (Minced)
- 1/4 Cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 425 Degrees.
- Remove stems from mushrooms. Finely chop stems and set aside stems.
- Arrange mushroom caps on prepared baking sheet and season with kosher salt and pepper.
- Add chopped mushroom stems to medium-size bowl. Add chicken sausage, minced garlic, and bread crumbs. Mix well.
