Summer’s beautiful melon makes life so much better in this refreshing cocktail featuring sweet watermelon and fresh lime juice.

  • 1 Baby Watermelon
  • 6 Limes
  • Pinch Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Tequila Blanco
  • 1/3 Cup Triple Sec
  • 3 Cups Ice
  1. Cut rind from watermelon, reserving 4 thin wedges for garnish. Cut watermelon into chunks and place in a blender. Squeeze juice of limes into blender, reserving 1 squeezed half. Add salt and blend until smooth.
  2. Add sugar to small-size plate. Use reserved lime wedge to moisten the rims of 4 cocktail glasses. Dip glasses into sugar to coat rims.
  3. Strain watermelon mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a small pitcher and add tequila, triple sec, and ice. Stir together until cold. Strain into 4 glasses.
  4. Garnish with reserved watermelon wedges.
  5. Serve immediately.
