Because everyone needs Pumpkin Pie Bars!

  • 1 1/2 Cups Butter (Softened)
  • 2 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 Cups Unbleached Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin
  • 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • 2 Cups Chocolate Chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil, leaving 2 inches hanging over sides.
  3. In large-size bowl cream together softened butter with brown sugar. Add pumpkin and heavy cream. Add flour, oats, and kosher salt. Mixture will look crumbly. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Transfer mixture into prepared pan.
  5. Place in oven 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely before lifting out of pan with overhanging parchment paper or foil and slicing into bars.
  7. Serves 10
