Because everyone needs Pumpkin Pie Bars!
- 1 1/2 Cups Butter (Softened)
- 2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Cups Unbleached Flour
- 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 Cup Pumpkin
- 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 2 Cups Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil, leaving 2 inches hanging over sides.
- In large-size bowl cream together softened butter with brown sugar. Add pumpkin and heavy cream. Add flour, oats, and kosher salt. Mixture will look crumbly. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Transfer mixture into prepared pan.
- Place in oven 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before lifting out of pan with overhanging parchment paper or foil and slicing into bars.
- Serves 10
