Nonfat yogurt adds creaminess without extra calories and fiber-rich oats help to lower bad cholesterol. If you want a thicker and colder smoothie then freeze your sliced banana ahead of time.

  • 2/3 Cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 Medium Ripe Banana (Peeled, Cut Up)
  • 1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries (Slightly Thawed)
  • 1 Cup Skim Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and purée until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
  3. Serves 2
