- 2/3 Cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1 Medium Ripe Banana (Peeled, Cut Up)
- 1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries (Slightly Thawed)
- 1 Cup Skim Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Place all ingredients in blender and purée until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
