Chocolate & Hazelnut Fudge is such an easy fudge recipe that takes the trouble out of homemade. Perfect for the holiday season or any time!

  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 2/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
  • 12 Regular Marshmallows (Not Mini Marshmallows)
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips (8 Ounces)
  • 1 Cup Chopped Hazelnuts
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  1. Line 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper or nonstick aluminum foil. Set aside.
  2. In medium-size saucepan combine sugar, evaporated milk, marshmallows, butter, and salt. Cook over a medium heat until mixture bubbles. Stir constantly. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until completely melted. Add hazelnuts and vanilla.
  3. Spread into prepared pan. Place in refrigerator 4 to 6 hours before cutting.
  4. Remove from fridge and cut into squares. Store in airtight container in fridge or at room temperature.
  5. Makes About 30 Pieces
