Super easy and delicious!
- 1 Pound Spaghetti
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 6 Anchovy Fillets
- 7 Large Garlic Cloves (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions Or Green Onions
- 1 Bunch Basil (Chopped)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- Add water to large-size pot and bring to boil. Add salt. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente. Drain and reserve a cup of pasta cooking water.
- In large-size skillet heat olive oil over a medium heat. Add anchovies and cook until melted. Add garlic and cook 4 minutes until lightly golden. Add onions and cook 1 minute. Stir in chopped basil and red pepper flakes. Stir in 1/2 cup reserved pasta water (add more if it looks like you need to). Add cooked spaghetti and toss.
- Transfer to serving bowl.
- Serve warm.
