- 6 Medium Tomatoes (Chopped)
- 1 Small Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 2 Jalapeños (Seeded And Finely Chopped)
- 1 Garlic Clove (Minced)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- In medium-size bowl combine tomatoes, onions, cilantro, jalapeños, garlic, and kosher salt. Cover and chill 2 hours before serving.
