There is amazing flavor in this easy dish. It is a beautiful example of just the right balance between acidity, richness, saltiness, and a touch of sweetness.

  • 1 Teaspoon Finely Grated Lime Zest
  • 3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Cilantro
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (About 4 Ounces Each)
