Skip the store-bought dressing and make your own. If you love garlic then you’ll love this dressing.
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 5 Garlic Cloves (Crushed)
- 1/4 Cup Red Or White Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Mustard Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
- Add all ingredients to a jar. Cover and shake well to combine. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to intensify and combine. Use slotted spoon to remove and throw away garlic. Refrigerate between uses.
- To serve allow 10 minutes for dressing to come to room temperature and for the olive oil to become liquid again. Shake well to emulsify.
