Try this take on the classic corn-on-the-cob. You’ll never settle for simple butter ever again.
- 4 Ears Of Corn (Shucked & Silk Removed)
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
- 1/4 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1 Cup Grated Parmesan
- Cheese Juice Of 1 Lime
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- Grill corn on hot grill. Turn to cook evenly. Meanwhile, mix together mayonnaise, parsley and pepper.
- When corn is done, smear ears with mayonnaise parsley mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan and finish with lime juice and cayenne pepper.
- Serve warm.
