Celebrate spring and serve this delicious vinaigrette on salads.
- 6 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 7 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 5 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Chives
- 2 Teaspoons Crushed Garlic
- 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
- In glass jar with tight fitting lid, shake together lemon juice and kosher salt. Add olive oil, chives, garlic, and pepper. Shake again until combined well. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
- Drizzle over salad greens.
