I’ve created a delicious BBQ rub for all types of meats and vegetables. Don’t buy the premade stuff in the stores. It’s much more fun to make your own.
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Sweet Paprika
- 2 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika
- 4 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 4 Teaspoons Mustard Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Thyme
- Mix spices in a medium-size bowl. Transfer to a jar.
- Store up to 6 months.
- Yup, it’s that easy.
- Makes 1 1/2 Cups
