- 1/2 Cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Light Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Low-Fat Buttermilk
- 1 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
- 3/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Green Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley (Finely Chopped)
- In medium-size bowl combine yogurt, mayonnaise, buttermilk, and lemon juice. Add pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, green onion, and parsley. Mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
