If you’re carving pumpkins save those seeds and roast them for a delicious snack.

  • 2 Cups Clean & Dry Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons Grapeseed Or Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Or Sea Salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In large-size bowl mix pumpkin seeds with oil and salt. Spread on baking sheet and place in oven 12 to 15 minutes until crisp.
  3. Remove from oven and cool.
  4. Serves 4
