Pesto Dip is a nice change from traditional sour cream and mayonnaise based dips. Serve Pesto Dip with vegetables and crostini.
- 1 Cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/3 Cup Pesto
- 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
- 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- In medium-size bowl add ricotta cheese. Stir until nice and smooth. Add pesto and Parmesan. Mix well. Add lemon zest and kosher salt. Mix until well combined.
- Cover and place in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with your favorite vegetables and crostini.
